Golden Bites of Bliss: Vanilla Almond Flour Cookies

Ingredients:


- 2 cups almond flour

- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted) or butter

- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

- 1 teaspoon James vanilla essence

- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

- Pinch of salt

















Instructions:

1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.


2. Mix Wet Ingredients: In a bowl, combine the melted coconut oil (or butter), honey (or maple syrup), and James vanilla essence. Mix until well combined.


3. Combine Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking soda, and salt.


4. Combine Mixtures: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until a dough forms. If desired, fold in chocolate chips or nuts.


5. Shape Cookies: Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll them into balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.


6. Flatten: Gently press down on each ball to flatten slightly.


7. Bake: Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden. Remove from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.


8. Serve: Enjoy these delicious cookies warm or at room temperature!
