Butterscotch Ice Cream

Some flavours are timeless, and butterscotch is one of them. Creamy, nutty, caramel-like — it’s a scoop full of nostalgia. But making it at home usually means tricky sugar processing and a lot of effort. With James Butterscotch Essence, you can capture that same richness effortlessly, giving you ice creams that taste just like the bakery favourites!

Ingredients (Serves 4–6)

  • 2 cups whipping cream (chilled)

  • 1 cup condensed milk (sweetened)

  • 1–2 tsp James Butterscotch Essence (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a large chilled bowl, we will pour the cream and whip it until soft peaks start to form.

  2. Then, fold in the condensed milk gently so that the mixture stays airy.

  3. After that, add 2–3 tsp James Butterscotch Essence and mix it until it is evenly combined.

  4. Next, we will transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container. We will cover it and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.

Every scoop of this ice cream is a creamy comfort — rich, nutty, and luxuriously smooth. Unlike the bottled butterscotch syrups or uneven caramel mixes, our essence ensures a consistent flavour and aroma throughout. Perfect for a summer dessert, an indulgent after-dinner treat, or simply when nostalgia calls.
