Enhanced Banana Bread: A Traditional Recipe with a Twist of James's Flavors

This classic banana bread recipe combines the rich, comforting flavors of ripe bananas with the enhanced taste of James Banana Essence. The result is a moist, delicious loaf that brings out the best in banana flavor.

Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup (115 g) unsalted butter, softened

- 1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar

- 2 large eggs

- 3 ripe bananas, mashed

- 1/4 cup (60 ml) milk

- 1 tsp James Banana Essence

- 1 1/2 cups (190 g) all-purpose flour

- 1 tsp baking powder

- 1/2 tsp baking soda

- 1/4 tsp salt



Instructions:

1. Preheat Oven and Prepare Pan: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5-inch (23x13 cm) loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

2. Cream Butter and Sugar: In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

3. Add Eggs and Bananas: Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the mashed bananas, milk, and James Banana Essence until combined.

4. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.

5. Incorporate Optional Ingredients: If using, fold in the chopped walnuts or chocolate chips.

6. Pour and Bake: Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake in the preheated oven for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

7. Cool and Serve: Allow the banana bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and enjoy the moist, flavorful banana bread!
