Vanilla ice cream is summer’s simplest pleasure—cool, creamy, and endlessly comforting. Easy, refreshing, and indulgent all at once, it’s more than just a dessert—it’s a little pause from the heat.


Ingredients (Serves 4):-

  1. 1 cup heavy cream (chilled)

  2. ½ cup condensed milk

  3. 1 tbsp James Vanilla Essence

  4. 1 tsp gelatin + 2 tbsp warm water (optional)

  5. Chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios, cashews) – optional for garnish


Let’s make this creamy delight together:-

  1. Start by dissolving gelatin in warm water. Stir and let it cool.

  2. Whip the chilled cream until soft, fluffy peaks form.

  3. Gently fold in the condensed milk, keeping the mixture light and airy.

  4. Add the James vanilla essence and mix lightly until smooth and aromatic.

  5. If using gelatin, add it now and give it a final gentle mix.

  6. Sprinkle in chopped nuts for a bit of crunch (optional).

  7. Pour into a container, smooth the top, and freeze for 6–8 hours.

  8. Scoop, garnish if you like, and enjoy every creamy bite 🍦.


Tips for Perfect Vanilla Ice Cream:-

  • Use chilled cream for better whipping results.

  • Don’t overmix after adding condensed milk (keeps it airy).

  • Choose a high-quality vanilla essence like James Vanilla Essence for authentic flavour.

  • Add a pinch of salt to enhance the vanilla notes.
