Romantic White Rose Lemon Mock-tail

Sent them their favorite roses? Don't just stop there now... Go ahead and send them some edible roses too! This mocktail will surely carry your romance to every part of their being with every sip they take… 

Ingredients:

For the mock-tail

- 45 ml (1.5 oz) of your favourite tonic water  

- 1 cup fresh lemonade (or use lemon juice + sugar + water)  

- 2–3 drops James White Rose Essence  

- Ice cubes

For the garnishing:

- Lemon slices  

- Mint leaves or edible white rose petals

Instructions:

1. Prepare the lemonade (if not using ready-made). Mix together 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp sugar and 1 cup of cold water. Stir well and keep it aside.

2. In a shaker or a tall glass, combine tonic water, lemonade and James White Rose Essence.

3. Shake with the ice cubes, if you are using a mocktail shaker or stir it well in the glass.

4. Your drink is ready! Pour it into a chilled glass. Add a lemon slice, mint, or rose petal on top for garnishing.
