Refreshing Kesar Mango Lassi with a Twist of James Kesar Essence

Ingredients:
For the Lassi:
1 cup plain yogurt
1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
1/4 cup milk (or almond milk)
2 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon James kesar essence
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
Ice cubes (optional)
For Garnish:
A pinch of saffron strands (optional)
Chopped pistachios or almonds
Fresh mint leaves
Instructions:
Blend the Ingredients: In a blender, combine the yogurt, diced mango, milk, sugar, James kesar essence, and cardamom powder. If you like it chilled, add a few ice cubes.
Blend Until Smooth: Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
Serve: Pour the lassi into glasses. If using, gently stir in a few saffron strands for extra flavor and color.
Garnish: Top with chopped pistachios or almonds and a mint leaf for a fresh touch.
