Refreshing Kesar Mango Lassi with a Twist of James Kesar Essence

Ingredients:

  • For the Lassi:

    • 1 cup plain yogurt

    • 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced

    • 1/4 cup milk (or almond milk)

    • 2 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)

    • 1 teaspoon James kesar essence

    • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder

    • Ice cubes (optional)

  • For Garnish:

    • A pinch of saffron strands (optional)

    • Chopped pistachios or almonds

    • Fresh mint leaves




Instructions:

  1. Blend the Ingredients: In a blender, combine the yogurt, diced mango, milk, sugar, James kesar essence, and cardamom powder. If you like it chilled, add a few ice cubes.

  2. Blend Until Smooth: Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.

  3. Serve: Pour the lassi into glasses. If using, gently stir in a few saffron strands for extra flavor and color.

  4. Garnish: Top with chopped pistachios or almonds and a mint leaf for a fresh touch.
