Ingredients (Serves 4–6):-

  • Full cream milk – 1 litre

  • Sugar – ½ cup

  • Lemon juice/vinegar – 2 tbsp

  • Ghee – 1–2 tbsp

  • James Allachi Essence – 3–4 drops 

  • Milk powder – 2 tbsp (optional, for extra richness)

  • Chopped pistachios/almonds – for garnish


Instructions:-

  1. Heat milk until it boils, then add lemon juice gradually to condense it.

  2. Keep the condensed milk (with some moisture) on low flame and stir continuously.

  3. Add sugar and James Allachi essence, mix well, and continue cooking.

  4. Cook until the mixture becomes thick and starts leaving the sides of the pan. Add ghee and mix.

  5. Transfer to a greased tray, spread evenly, and garnish with nuts.

  6. Let it cool completely, then cut into squares and serve.
