Fast and Easy 3 Ingredient Pineapple Ice Cream

Pineapple season might not be here yet but with James Essences by your side, you don’t need to wait for it either! Beat the heat early this season, with this super simple and super fast ice cream recipe we have for you.
Ingredients:
2 cups milk (full fat preferred)
1 cup condensed milk
1 tsp of our ‘James Pineapple Essence’
Yellow food color (optional)
For garnishing:
Pineapple slices
Chopped nuts of your choice

Instructions:
Mixing the ingredients: In a bowl, add milk, condensed milk, ‘James Pineapple Essence’ and a drop of yellow food color (optional).
Blending: Blend the mixture for 10–15 seconds. This ensures that the mixture turns out to be smooth and fluffy.
Freezing the mixture: Pour the mix into a container. Make sure that you cover the container with a lid to prevent frosting. Freeze the mixture for 6–8 hours or overnight.
Serve: Your ice cream is now ready to serve! Adding garnishes is recommended, as it adds to the texture of the ice-cream. Top it with freshly cut pineapple slices or chopped nuts of your choice.
