Rose Essence Coconut Chia Pudding


Ingredients:


- 1 cup coconut milk

- 1/4 cup chia seeds

- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

- 1 teaspoon James White Rose Essence

- Pinch of salt

- Optional toppings: fresh fruit, edible rose petals, or crushed nuts

















Instructions:


1. Mix Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine coconut milk, chia seeds, honey (or maple syrup), James White Rose Essence, and a pinch of salt. Whisk well to combine.


2. Refrigerate: Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, allowing the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken.


3. Stir: Once set, give the mixture a good stir to break up any clumps.


4. Serve: Spoon the chia pudding into serving bowls or jars.


5. Garnish: Top with fresh fruit, edible rose petals, or crushed nuts for added texture and flavor.
