Ingredients:
- 2 oz (60 ml) white rum
- 1 oz (30 ml) coconut cream
- 1 oz (30 ml) heavy cream (optional)
- 3 - 4 Drops of James Pineapple Essence
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) crushed ice
- Pineapple slice and maraschino cherry for garnish
Instructions:
Begin by preparing all your ingredients - Measure out 2 oz of white rum and pour it into your blender. Add 1 oz of coconut cream, and for extra creaminess, include 1 oz of heavy cream. Measure 3-4 drops of James Pineapple Essence and set aside.
